These natural variations are part of the handmade appearance of our products and are not automatically considered defects.

3. Handmade Products

Checkered Crafts products may be cut, assembled, poured, painted, sanded, polished, finished, or otherwise completed by hand.

Each product is therefore unique.

4. Prices and Promotions

The price charged will normally be the price displayed at checkout when the order is submitted, except in cases of obvious technical or pricing errors.

Promotional offers, discount codes, and bundle offers may have separate terms, eligibility requirements, and expiration dates.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

5. Orders

Checkered Crafts may reasonably decline, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including when:

• Inventory is unavailable
• Payment cannot be verified
• Fraud is suspected

• Shipping is unavailable to the supplied address

If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, any required refund will be issued.

An order-confirmation email confirms that we received your order. It does not necessarily mean the order has shipped.

7. Shipping

Processing times, estimated shipping times, tracking, address responsibilities, and delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Returns, cancellations, damaged orders, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

By placing an order, you acknowledge the applicable return window and product-condition requirements.

Customers are responsible for properly caring for their Checkered Crafts products.

Unless specifically stated otherwise for a particular product:

• Avoid excessive heat
• Do not place the product in a dishwasher
• Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning products
• Store the product in a dry environment
• Avoid dropping or excessive impact
• Follow any care instructions included with the product

Natural wood and resin may be damaged by excessive heat, moisture, improper cleaning, or improper storage.

Checkered Crafts is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, unauthorized modification, excessive heat, prolonged moisture exposure, impact, or failure to follow provided care instructions.

10. Intellectual Property

The Checkered Crafts brand name, original branding, website copy, website design, photographs owned by Checkered Crafts, original graphics, and other original business materials belong to Checkered Crafts or their respective licensors.

They may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without permission.

Third-party trademarks, racing organizations, driver names, team names, logos, numbers, sponsor marks, imagery, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Checkered Crafts does not claim that references to third-party racing brands, drivers, teams, organizations, or other properties create or imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, approval, or affiliation.

11. Customer Reviews and Content

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial, message, or other content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit it
• Your review reflects your genuine experience and opinion
• It does not violate another person's rights
• It does not contain unlawful or malicious material
